健動樂宗旨為推廣健康運動文化,提升參與者對運動的樂趣,令他們促進身心健康之餘,亦能提升個人的運動認知及有效地強化體適能,並培養恆常的運動習慣。
本會提供不同類型的運動訓練,如泰拳,帶氧拳擊,瑜伽,普拉提,健體舞,橡筋帶伸展等,時間彈性,適合不同年齡的上班一族、熱愛運動的人士。目的為參加者能有效地達致修身和提升個人健康體適能,同時亦能享受運動所帶給的歡樂。運動課程包括成人、兒童、學生、親子及個人班。歡迎自組、私人、團體、公司包班。
