上門普拉提(Pilates)訓練及私人健身課程 普拉提(Pilates)是 一種以強健和拉伸全身肌體為目的的健身運動,它可以在墊上進行,也可以結合器械進行。普拉提是一種著重深層肌肉鍛鍊,透過鍛鍊腰腹肌肉來穩定身體,使體位 正常化,避免因姿勢不正確,又或左右兩邊肌肉不協調而產生炎症、勞損。這種深層軀幹訓練效果相當明顯,學員可以依據本身情況而進行合適的動作,集中改善受 傷或發炎部位,穩定肩關節,紓緩頸梗膊痛的毛病,因此普拉提也是其中一種廣為臨床物理治療師應用的復康技巧,有助改善腰背痛和日常不良姿勢,因此普拉提可 說是適合任何年齡人士參與的運動。
