Before working as a fitness trainer, a three-year demanding career as a flight attendant made Chloe understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She specializes personal training in the following:
- Weight Management
- General Fitness
- Core Training
- Injury Pevention & Rehabiitation
She also conducts physiological testing such as VO2 and RMR tests for both fitness clients and amateur endurance athletes including marathoners, triathletes and trail runners in Hong Kong. And her personal training is incorporated with multi-functional methods and tools such as stability ball, BOSU, TRX and PowerPlate.
Diet is crucial to fitness so Chloe also provides nutrition coaching and meal plans based on clients' goals and preference.
With the passion to bring holistic health to people, her training approach is an integration of nutrition, exercise, education and life-style coaching.
Chloe speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
