Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, and Tiger Wood are just a few of the famous and fabulous who devoted on Pilates to get into shape. Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates, The Pilates method is a practice of mind/body fitness. Developing a body that works as a harmonious whole requires much more than a calisthenic or spot reduction approach to fitness. The Pilates principles - control, centering, concentration, breath, flow, and precision all support an integrative mind/body experience through Pilates exercise. Structural integration, and learning to create a flexible, strong body that can move freely and efficiently are important goals of Pilates fitness. To this end, Pilates works all body parts in a very balanced way.   

ZEN Pilates
MENP’s ZEN Pilates integrates western and eastern philosophical principles into our Pilates practice, encompassing theory of yin & yang, internal strength, balance & harmony. Zen Pilates uses graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of “Qi” within the human body, intensify the core energy, brings the body back to the right balance to enhance a practitioner's overall health and performance. 

Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates combines research based diagnostic and treatment techniques with highly specific exercises to provide a powerful system for rehabilitation, injury prevention and fitness. Programs are individually set after thorough assessment. 

Pilates for Golf
Pilates for golf is an golf exercise program that will help you hit the ball consistently farther and straighter, with reduced risk of injury and back pain. Pilates for golf builds strength and flexibility, develops core strength, improves posture and alignment, and creates stability. All the elements needed for a great swing! It is one of the preferred exercise regimes of many professional golfers today. Devotees include Tiger Woods, David Duval, Andrew McGee, Grace Park and Annika Sorenstam, among many others.
