Hazel has completed 400 hrs yoga teacher studying Pranayama, meditation, Yoga Philosophy, anatomy, Hatha, Yin and Hot yoga. She is also a qualified advanced Personal Fitness Trainer, Fit-ball instructor, BOSU Balance Trainer, Foam Roller of Myofascial Therapy and Judo Coach.
Hazel teaches Hot Foundation Series, Basic Hatha, Yin yoga, Mom & Baby yoga, Kids yoga, Pre-Natal Class, Aerobics Fit-ball Class and Personal training. She currently teaches at various homes, studios, theatres, and work places across China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

I have been active all my life. A sport I adore to this day. The pleasure I felt from moving is probably what saved me since it was the memory of the sensation of exercise that rescued me from becoming a true physical fitness teacher.
My greatest delight in yoga is that the practice stays fresh and continues to inform and inspire me nearly everyday. FITNESS TRAINING
60 minute PT Session
This is a series of 60 minute sessions that begin with discussion of: Your currently physical, Your goals, and the designing of a fitness roadmap that will help you maximize results over the course of our training.
Subsequent sessions will vary based on our focus on different muscle groups, individual fitness goals, and Hazel’s analysis of your physical needs.
Group Training (max 4 people)
This is a session designed for people who prefer to train with their friends, co-workers or partners. It is generally run as a circuit system.
Everyone who trains regularly with Hazel can expect ongoing nutritional advice, and fitness programs designed for use on business trips.
