When and how can you enjoy our Personal Training service?
Again, we will work around you and your limitations/schedule. Please call us to make an appointment for your free consultation with one of our experienced Lifestyle councilors. Your current Health and Fitness level will be assessed, and your personal Health and Fitnes relative goals discused. You can then make up your own mind if this approach is going to be right for you. What is Personal Training (PT)?
Personal Training is the science of teaching a client how to optimize their Health and Fitness through correct adn efficient training, nutrition, mental outlook, preparation and execution. This includes, but it is not limited to weight training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition. At Body Torque we find personal training is frequently used for advances in Weight loss, General fitness, overall increases in Health and Wellbeing, Sports Specific Training and Rehabilitation (pre and post-surgery). We find it popular because it gives you the results you are looking for faster and more efficiently than you coulld accomplish by yourself.
