YOGA

The word "YOGA"  originated from India, meaning "join" and "union" in the Sanskrit word "Yuj". It has a sustainable tradition of over 5 thousand years, representing the ancient Indian philosophy, science, arts and culture.

            Yoga aims at striking the balance between the physical and mental self. It benefits you in the ways all other exercises do. Such as health, calmness, sharpness and the optimization of your wisdom and potential.

            By practicing the Yoga postures (Asannas), we can gradually feel the flexibility of  the body enhanced, our muscles strengthened, the internal organs and endocrine remain healthy and normal. Due to the smooth circulation and digestive system, we can always stay young and vigorous.

            The breathing (Pranayama) ofYoga can bring upon the vital capacity and assist us in receiving all the necessary nutrition that our bodies need. Every time we breathe,  the movement of diaphragm gently massages our organs. A deep breath offers a feeling of quiet and stillness. Therefore, we can achieve the perfect result if breath is accompanied by the right posture.

             Experiencing the meditation (Dhyana) along with the peaceful aura, the relaxation of your body can relieve your discomfort.  The consciousness can move your wisdom and potential to a better level.

            The latest medical reports revealed that practicing Yoga can improve the density within bones, enhance the flexibility of muscles and skin, strengthen different organs and sharpen the senses. Psychologically, mental calmness may help with concentration and memory.
