Mira finished her 200 RYT Teacher Training in Anahata Yoga in 2019. After regular practice, her body becomes stronger and she finds tranquillity and joy from within. During every practice, you connect with your inner self and increase your inner awareness with body and mind. She becomes more mindful on and off the mat. You will feel emotionally more stable after long term physical training. Her class mainly focuses on breathing, asana alignment. Yoga also taught me to listen to your body to reach a balanced lifestyle. Yoga heals.
