We have over 200 classes a week across our clubs to suit your schedule and tastes! We have world renowned programmes from Les Mills such as BODYJAM®, BODYBALANCE®, BODYCOMBAT®, BODYSTEP®, RPM® and other popular classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to cater your needs.
In addition to that, we've introduced specialty classes such as Dance Jam or Latin American Dance to spice things up a little bit more!
