Hi, my name is Boonkoon Chindasri my nick name is BK, I am a fitness trainer, I've been training people since 1984, I am the first CPT and follow up Master certified fitness trainer in Bangkok . I'll help you find ways to fit exercise into your life, with flexible scheduling, in home train and any health fitness club you are a member.

My Personal Training Philosophy and Mission

I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. In my years as a personal trainer, I've seen so many people who have been exercising regularly even their age 85 years. They possible can change their physique. We don't all have the genetics to be a supermodel or bodybuilder, but everyone can improve on what they have.

My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My goal is empower them to make the most of their abilities: through the knowledge, direction and encouragement. I'll encourage clients to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals, and I welcome their input and feed back throughout the training process.

I believe in variety, constantly changing and evolving exercise routine to ensure continual progress and alleviate boredom.
