What is SPARKLE?
SPARKLE means to shine brightly. Formed by a group of passionate professional skippers, SPARKLE hopes to spread the spirit of skipping with our experience. We hope SPARKLE can ignite your passion to skipping and devote yourself to this sport.

'SPARKLING' SPARKLE
Freshly established in 2010 by a group of passionate skippers, SPARKLE is a young, but experienced team that inspires teenagers in Hong Kong to not only physical, but also emotional and social fitness.
Unlike many other existing teams in Hong Kong, SPARKLE are comprised of a group of youngsters with zealous love in rope skipping. We definitely have more to offer. Our youth allows us to understand teenagers better so as to customize the needs of different individuals while insisting the uniqueness in fancy footwork, flips and other acrobatic skills of our team.
OUR AIMS
SPARKLE aims not only at offering innovative and quality rope skipping programs for developing technical skipping skills, but we also emphsize the essence of fitness, which many teenagers lack nowadays. Due to the rising prevalence of physical unfitness of Hong Kong teenagers, we strongly believe our continuous and intensive trainings can succeed our participants in terms of teamwork, self-confidence, leadship skills and sportsmanship. Since our training modules are designed closely based on the suggestions of 'Jump Rope for Heart Program', proposed by the Hong Kong College of Cardiology, participants are guranteed to achieve a high degree of physical improvement.

Despite our young age, our success has be proven by the numerous awards we earned both locally and interntionally. Gaining the title of world champion in various categories and events, our coach is one of representatives of the Hong Kong Delegation.
