Letting go and breathing a new life force into your practice
This workshop will investigate patterns of the breath and how we may get stiffer if it becomes too mechanical rather than exploring the subtle aspects of the breath. Also incorporating basic elements of Pranayama, the class will be challenging and for those with years of experience.

Opening the heart and lengthening the spine
This workshop seeks to explore elements of softness and grace in the midst of challenges and oppositions. Many experienced practitioners may become stuck with certain postures for years and now see 'improvement'. This class is catered to those with minimum two years' experience.

Beginners' Ashtanga Yoga - Tracing the Source
