Asanas
By performing different poses shall achieve the strength in muscle, lubricate the joints and flexible ligaments. In addition, it benefits nervous system, improve blood circulation, support lymph system, tone nerve system. Furthermore, it could broaden your mental faculties and enhance your spiritual capabilities.
New research says you couldn't blame lactic acid for sore muscles anymore. Asanas could facilitate your tight joints, limited flexibility and arms that cannot reach around an expansive body. Usually, we cling to joy and run from sorrow, to convince yourself to cope with the unexceptional thinking. The practice of Asanas is a gazing technique that develops concentration. Free yourself from destructive emotional patterns and behaviour. I could assist you to perform correct and effective poses.
Pranayama
Normal breathing to get the purpose of respiration. However, a controlled breathing (pranayama) could achieve the calm, cheer and improve concentration, besides, to control the annoyance and stress release. Also, pranayama could bring our physical body in seven chakras of different yoga poses to another subtle level of gradation.
Meditation
Meditation is a good way to cope with stress overload. When you aware of the non-supportive of coffee, smoke, vitamins, wine and sleep. A constructive rest from meditation should oblige. Stress could not be omitted nowadays. A controllable and positive mind set could have healing and rehabilitation effect on the spirit, and it is amazing when you're upset. Through the meditation, you could enjoy each circumstances and situations. Learning to establish the awareness of meditation, as well, to develop mindfulness on daily life. Quelling the mind doesn't have to signify hushing your many inner uptight. By meditation, you could discover the all encompassing composure of peacefulness.
Positive thinking induces happiness and fosters creativity. Through the meditation, we could know reality for ourselves, moreover, learn to transform unhealthy desires.
Teacher's Message
As a Hatha Yoga Teacher, no matter you're English or Cantonese native, I have responsibility to improve experienced learner's poses, as well, to instruct beginner starts at correct poses. To combine the practical experience with the academic of Hong Kong Yoga Association Yoga Teacher Certificate, Play-therapy for Kids Certificate and Teenager Instructor's Training Course Certificate. To perform suitable poses for individual needs, this could benefit one's skill development and aim the purpose. As well, in mindset controlling to release pressure under stress society and bring relaxation through meditation, breathing and poses to achieve the physical, spiritual and mental health and relieving stress continuously.
