Living Yoga
Hot Yoga – It is a class designed for
alllevels: first timestudents and
experienced practitioners alike. It is a
challenging and exhilarating series
ofpostures practiced in aheated
room,which helps to warm the body,
allowing you towork deep into your
muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The
postures work together towarm
up the muscles and joints for
each successive posture of the
series, challenging and
cleansing the whole body.

Meditation Yoga – It will teach the ancient yoga method of attaining of salvation and self realization by harmonizing the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of human life. It can be practice by anyone and it is not dependent on one’s fitness level or yoga experience. Pre-Natal Yoga – This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and new beginnings of being a motherhood. Strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. Ashtanga Yoga – It is a set series of postures that are woven together using flowing movements to create one sequence. This sequencing of yoga postures is called vinyasa. Each connecting move is synchronised with breath to become a meditation in movement. The postures are designed in a specific order to realign and detoxify the body and nervous system. The practice develops a balance between strength and flexibility and improves cardiovascular fitness. Focusing on the breath the mind clears and becomes calm. An internal stillness develops within this exercise of dynamic movement.
Dance Yoga – It incorporates the flowing movements of dance into yoga, to Usually, Dance Yoga begins with a warm-up focusing on classic yoga postures which are then enjoy greater freedom of expression whilst still achieving a full body workout. choreographed into dance routine, and concluding with guided relaxation techniques.
Flow Yoga – Flow Yoga is an Ashtanga-like sequence of postures that sychronizes breath with movement and introduces dynamic new postures for a fun, vigorous and uplifting practice. Expect a strong workout that draws from different styles and includes inverted poses. There will also be further exploration of yoga as a tool for stilling the mind. |
