Introduction
Hong Kong Rope Skipping Academy was established in 2007, aims to offers professional and systematic rope skipping curriculum to children and teenagers. All lessons are designed for children and teenagers of all levels, from those who pursue enjoyment. In addition, our instructors also instill positive values, promote appropriate character through the interaction with the students.
Rope Skipping is a popular sport with long history, which is easy to learn but challenging. It helps to develop a stronger muscle-skeletal, cardio-vascular and pulmonary system, as well as to develop the body coordination. By participating in performance or competitions, it helps to build up confidence and develop self-potential.
Students can create their own style and discover new combinations by learning the basic skills. Unique skills can be performed by a single skipper or a whole team in which cooperation and communication skills can also be nurtured. It is a kind of sport with high visual value. By adding music while skipping rope, it creates a more fascinating performance.
