To provide year round football and community activities to youngsters aged from 4 to 15 so as to foster the family relationship
Eligibility: Youngsters aged from 4 to 15
Membership quota (04/05): Maximum of 10,000 participants (First-come, first-served)
Enrolment Fee & Procedure: Annual Fee - $100 / year (Valid until 31st July 2006)
Please pay the application fee of $100 at any branch of the Hong Kong Bank, either by direct deposit or ATM transfer to HKFA account 002-220598-001. The original receipt of payment, 2 recent photos must be submitted together with the Application Form (Posted address: 55, Fat Kwong St., Homantin, Kln.). Or submit it to HKFA in person by cash. Please separate to transfer the application fee independently, although relative relationship.
