- Beginner level course
- Every Sunday 7-9pm (or 8-10pm if 7pm court is not available)
- 2 hours per session
- Maximum of 6 players on 1 court
- HK$200 per person (if paying 5 lessons in advance)
- Students can opt to pay one lesson at a time at $250 per session
- Classes will be conducted in English and/or Cantonese
- (Student can reallocate lessons in 1 week advance without forfeiting)
I am a HKTA certified Tennis Coach as well as AASFP certified Advance Fitness Trainer. I will be implementing drills for basic forehand and backhand ground strokes (topspin and slice shots), footwork exercises, and some fitness exercises to improve your core strengths for tennis skills and overall fitness in general. This class is ideal for those not only interested in tennis but also fitness workout.
