We pay your claims in local currency, so you won't lose out on exchange rates
Access to Membersworld - a member's only website where you can track the progress of any claims, amend and update your personal details and contact us online through webchat
Should you of your family fall ill in the middle of the night you can speak to a medical professional with our Healthline service
If you live somewhere remote or where the local medical facilities are poor you can opt to be covered for Evacuation or Repatriation services. This service will move you to the nearest centre of medical excellence or home to recover with your family and friends.
