Kowloon Tong Wing Kin elderly home is a partnership of the Wing King elderly home (Ho Man Tin) organisation established in 1997 which have had over 10 years of elderly care experience. We aim to provide high standard residential healthcare services to the elderly whose main concerns are of ‘quality’ and of the ‘quality of life’.
Our elderly home is a combination of a good living location, comfortable home design and quality professional healthcare services. We sincerely wish our residents to experience the warm and pleasant feeling of living at ‘home’ as well as enjoying an active social life whilst residing with us.
During our residents stay with us 3 meals and 2 special snacks will be provided during the day.
Our nutritious and tasty meals are designed by professional dieticians who will ensure all our residents will receive a healthy balanced diet.
We can also provide special meals for patients due to individual medical conditions for example, soft diet, fluid diet, diabetic diet and sodium diet etc.
Our diet selection is under strict quality control to make sure that all the food we provide to our residents are delicious, healthy and of a good quality.
Health is an important issue to us and to our residents therefore we aim to provide a regular medical check up program encompassing a wide range of facilities and services such as regular complimentary visits by doctors providing free medical attendance, Chinese Medicine consultations, Physiotherapy, Professional nurses and a committed body of friendly social workers to cater for all our residents needs.
To ensure our residents receive a varied and active social life and to ensure they live their life to the full, our home will organise frequent special events such as day trips, birthday party and festival celebrations. There will also be volunteer day visits from charity organisations to further enrich the lives of our residents to make sure they have a wonderful and enjoyable time with us.
