If you are looking for venue for a conference, consultation, therapy, art gallery and workshop, etc., Alive Wellness has four rooms available to choose from. All rooms are tastefully and professionally decorated, with two of the rooms naturally lit from double windows running along the length of one wall. The windows also allow for quiet in workshops such as meditation and healing therapies. All rooms each have air-conditions and vary in sizes. They are available for the day, evening or hourly.
Chairs, long tables, white board, flip chart and massage bed are available for set up. Full HD projector (HDMI to HDMI) is available for rental.
Conference Room is our largest room (measures around 320 sq ft) with windows along the length of 1 side, it enjoys natural lighting. It overlooks Wyndham Street and Arbuthnot Road. It can accommodate up to 35 participants comfortably on chairs or up to 16 in activities (yoga, meditation).

Our smaller workshop, the Window Room, also enjoying natural lighting and overlooking Wyndham Street and Arbuthnot Road, is suitable for healing, counselling sessions or workshops of up to 7 participants. It is around 130 sq ft.

A quiet workshop, the French Room, is suited to coaching, counselling, or healing sessions, measures around 100 sq ft.

Our Small Consultation Room measures around 60 sq ft. As the name suggests, it is best suited for one on one consultation, couples consultation, card reading or coaching.

Alive Wellness Centre 的工作室、會議室及治療室可供租借。我們位於雲咸街，中環的核心地帶。每個房間都是精心設計：其中兩房都設有全玻璃窗、空調及舒適的光暗調較。三個房間均大小不一，寧靜的環境及室外透入的自然光最適合用作瑜珈或靜坐治療。
Conference Room 是最大的空間 (約有320平方尺)。場地的其中一面是全玻璃窗，從室外可透入自然光，窗外可俯望雲咸街和亞畢諾道。場地可容納約30-35個座位或16人的活動(瑜珈或靜坐)。平日須租借兩小時或以上。
Window Room (約有130平方尺)。房間亦設有全玻璃窗，窗外可俯望雲咸街和亞畢諾道。房間可容7人作活動室、診症或治療用途。
French Room 是較寧靜的房間，約100平方尺。房間可用作授課或治療用途，可容納5人。
Consultation Room 是最小的房間，約60平方尺。房間最適合用作一對一見面、授課或診症。
椅子、長枱、白板、夾紙演講架及按摩床已包括在內，並備有全高清投影機可供租借。
