Ferndale Kennels are located amongst the scenic hills of Sai Kung Country Park. We have a large secure compound and at least twice a day the dogs are allowed to spend time running around freely on an individual basis. We are the only British owned and managed kennels in Hong Kong and the owners are Stacy and Tommy Tucker. Stacy having spent over 10 years in the veterinary business in Hong Kong. She holds a Diploma in Animal Husbandry and also is a qualified Pet Nutrition consultant. Your pet is our pet during their stay at Ferndales. We are open 365 days a year, but please note that early bookings are essential for holiday periods.
GROOMING
Animals boarding with us are regularly brushed and combed. For certain breeds however, such as Old English Sheepdogs, Afghan Hounds, Pomeranians, etc. an additional charge will be made. We recommend where possible during summer boarding long haired breeds be cut short, we can provide this service for you if required.
DELIVERY
We provide a pick up and delivery service to all parts of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, which is priced according to the distance involved. Clients living on the out-lying Islands can be met at the appropriate Ferry Pier. We have no service on Sundays or Public holidays, although special arrangements may be made under some circumstances with an extra charge added.
DELIVERY TIMES
Pick up and deliveries are made between the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Early and late deliveries can be made by prior arrangement with an additional cost.
