Scarfell was established in 1981 as a continuation of Niefeltd Trading Co., Ltd. which commenced business in 1974. Scarfell is a Dutch managed International Trading Company and a typical example of a successful S.M.E. Our principal activity is the export of a large variety of pet products with own manufacturing facilities "South Star" in Heshan City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China. With over 200 employees and more than 18 years experience in the pet industry, Scarfell is now one of the leading pet toys and accessories manufacturers and exporters in the Pearl River Delta of South China. The company’s founder and Managing Director is Dutch born Joop B. M. Litmaath. William L. S. Wong, the other company Director, joined the company in 1979 and is now being recognised as an expert in the field of pet products.
