Export-A-Pet can arrange to Import your pet from any country in the world.
Our services includes; obtaining the import license (which takes 7 working days to be issued), forwarding it to the owner or overseas agent, informing the Agriculture & Fisheries Dept. of your pets arrival, booking quarantine space if necessary, meeting your pets upon arrival at the airport, arranging customs clearance and direct delivery to your residence or quarantine kennels. We can also provide excellent boarding facilities if you are not immediately ready to recieve your pet.
Occasionally a quarantine period of 4 months is required for pets entering Hong Kong from Group 3 countries (these include China, Thailand and The Phillipines). No quarantine is required for pets arriving from Group 1 and 2 countries (these include the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore and most European countries), as long as strict import regulations are met.
After import procedures we can offer immediate delivery to your home or we can provide excellent boarding facilities if required.
Some countries require a period of quarantine upon arrival. We can arrange this in advance through a well-established file of the best quarantine kennels in the world, all of which are government approved.
