Working with the veterinarian of your choice, we will obtain the required health documents and nevessary endorsements from the Hong Kong Agriculture & Fisheries Dept. It is our detailed knowledge of each countries unique requirements that allows us to offer the assurance of a smooth relocation.
On the day of departure we will collect your pet from your home, or if it is more convenient, prior boarding can be arranged. We will then personally deliver your pet to the airport and complete the check-in formalities at the cargo or passenger terminal. Our overseas agents are available to complete any import requirements including boarding or quarantine if necessary.

Some countries require a period of quarantine upon arrival. We can arrange this in advance through a well-established file of the best quarantine kennels in the world, all of which are government approved.
All animals must have a health certificate approved by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department before they can depart Hong Kong. This can be obtained by your local veterinary surgeon or ours. Assistance with travel documentation both here and abroad can be provided. Our overseas agents are available to complete any Import requirements. On the day of departure we will collect your pet from your home or if it is more convenient prior boarding can be arranged.

As Export-A-Pet is owned and operated by expert animal handlers, we can advise on individual behavioral matters regarding the animals health and welfare before, during and after the journey (e.g. Medication, diet and exercise).
