Delivery
1. Delivery fee:
(a) HKD80 for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories
accessible by public transport
(b) HKD150 for Outlying Islands accessible by public transport
2. Our normal working hours are from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Public holidays closed. For special requests, please contact us.
3. It takes time to make quality floral arrangement to meet your satisfaction, please allow us 3 days for delivery lead time.
4. For peak period such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day etc, please allow 1 week in advance of delivery. For urgent requests, please contact us.
5. We endeavour to serve prompt delivery as scheduled provided that uncontrollable unfavourable weather or traffic condition is given.
6. For any change of recipient's address, please advise well in advance of scheduled delivery is served. If not, we reserve the right to charge additional fee for re-delivery.
7. No refund will be offered for any delivery to the incorrect address given by customers.
8. Subject to availability, we may substitute flowers of similar value to those required.
