We are currently casting for our independent narrative 35mm short film. We are US-educated Chinese-American writers and directors. We have a skilled international crew assembled from Europe, North America, and East Asia.

The story is about a butler who, out of love for his son, betrays his employer. It will be made in the art-house style of a Wong Kar-Wai film, and is set in a great location, with grand hotel interiors, and a pool, garden, and mountain view.

We will provide pay, DVD copies, film credit, and meals. This will be wonderful exposure for actors looking to build a reel. We aim to submit the film to international festivals.

The schedule follows:
Fri 15/8: Night shoot 1
Sa 16/8: Shoot Day 2
Su 17/8: Shoot Day 3 (wrap)
Rehearsals TBA.
