INTRODUCTION

Their skills and talent are the currency of the information economy and the most successful companies will be the ones that understand this fundamental shift in personal power and freedom.

Coaching provides an effective and reflective tool to stimulate new thinking, challenge the status quo and leverage on individual power and collective synergy. With team performance coaching, it's ultimate purpose is to reflect on and breakthrough the team's productivity along the line of it's vision, goal, strategies and actions.
Poor communication skills are the most popular problem of executives. In a climate where the quality of a company's products and services are seen as reflecting the company's interpersonal skills between its employees, coaching can turn some companies around.

OBJECTIVES
--Help participant acquires key managerial coaching skills so they will interact better with teammates, solve problems more effectively, raise standards, improve morale, make sharper decisions and maintain a balanced and high level of individual effectiveness.
--Understand the management challenges participants face on daily basis and explore how coaching would help improve the situations.
--Participant needs to be correctly defined and identified so as to understand which skills are needed in order to develop appropriate skill acquisition, development and maintenance strategies.

METHODOLOGY
Pre-coaching interviews - one-on-one 30-minutes interview to be held to understand your perspective of development needs.
Individual assessment - Through our assessment products and services, you have a better understanding of your capabilities, capacity,style, behaviour, compatibility and perception of management.
PROGRAM FLOW
* one-on-one 30 minutes pre-coaching interview * 1 hour x 10 sessions one-on-one coaching within three months * 30 minutes formal assessment
