*NEW* Jazz, Jazz Funk, Lyrical & Swing Dance at DANCETRINITY taught by LUCIA TAM

Looking for something to do? Why not take up dancing? What are these dances?

You’ve have seen how those pop stars move their bodies in the music videos. Did you ever want to move and look cool like them? Here is your chance with Jazz and Jazz Funk. We will teach you how to jump, pump to urban , R’n’b, & hip-hop music so you can incorporated it when you go on the dance floor.

Lyrical Dance is for people wanting a challenge; these classes combine elements of jazz, modern, ballet, and lyrical dance to create unique works of art. You will learn to move your body with fluidity and gracefulness, dancers with technical foundation is an advantage but not necessary. The dance routines tell a 'story' and capture the emotion and interpretation of the music.

You like jazz, blues or even Big Band music? Your feet thumps and your hand lightly taps to the beat against your thigh, you want to get up and dance but you don’t know how to? Well why don’t you come to our Swing dance cl*** and learn how to move your feet and body to your favorite tune. Swing similar to Jive is a social and fun dance to dance with a partner.  It is a nice mellow dance to get couples of all ages to enjoy and relax.

You’ve asked yourself “How do they do that?” Did you ever want to dance like them but you were too shy or maybe never had the chance to?

Well here is your chance, at DANCETRINITY you can start with our beginner Jazz classes and explore different ways to move your body.  Then when you're ready for a challenge (or maybe you already are) you can try our challenging Jazz Funk classes. If hiphop, R’n’B is not your cup of tea, then try lyrical dancing.  You will learn to spin, turn, kick, jump and express your feelings. OR if you want to explore a chill, relaxing partner work (no partner required) with chill jazz music, try swing!
