Since establishing art-lease in 2000 the group has gone from strength to strength. Over the years we have provided solutions for a range of creative needs to Hong Kong and greater Asia corporations - from our art-lease service to art-consultancy and commissioning of works.
Our extensive services have expanded in 2008 to include art-hoardings as part of our commitment to raise the profile of Hong Kong artists.
We have a presence in Central at our Exchange Square offices where we are able to meet with clients to identify your art needs and discuss what we can provide to enhance your creative image.

Our Team
Managing Director Belinda Corder Kruger with her experience in the real estate sector is fully aware of the importance of budget requirements and the need to be flexible when working with clients. Having worked with executives throughout Hong Kong and Asia she is able to quickly put in place solutions, which are on time, within budget and meet our clients desires to transform their space.
Dominique Chan joined art-lease from the Hong Kong University Museum and Art Gallery where he curated a number of important exhibitions ranging from contemporary art to Chinese jades and ceramics. He is also currently the Chief Editor on a publication for a prominent Hong Kong artist. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Archeology and a Master of Arts in Museum Studies.
Art Consultancy
We provide a comprehensive art consultancy service that is client based and service oriented. We focus on the development and budgeting of art work placement, from sourcing a single artwork for an executive office to the commissioning of a major work for a shopping centre, office lobby or hotel.
Our scope of services is extensive and includes developing and coordinating art programmes, curating exhibitions and art collections as well as the identification and sourcing of artworks.
Lease of Artworks
Our collection of original art – from paintings to limited edition prints, sculpture and photography – is constantly growing and evolving as we source exciting new art works to meet the needs of our expanding client base. Visit our paintings and sculpture pages to view the collection.
Commissioning
We have access to a wide range of artworks, and we also specialise in commissioning specific pieces for our clients with defined needs. We have extensive experience in commissioning works for both public and private collections and work together with a wide range of interior designers, architects, engineers and artists.
Through an onsite inspection, our art consultants are able to evaluate specific requirements and then identify the overall design concept for the particular space. The artistic direction and budget will be established, following which we will recommend specific artwork(s) for discussion and approval.
Once the artwork placement has been endorsed, we oversee and manage the whole commissioning process, ensuring completion and installation of the work both on time and within the budget.
art-hoardings
The concept of art-hoardings grew from our mission to raise the profile of Hong Kong artists by installing their art in high traffic locations within Hong Kong and Asia.
By installing artwork onto large hoardings on the exterior or within the interior of your building, you, as the client, can bring a difference to your portfolio to enhance the public image of your company.
art-hoardings will recommend a short-list of artists that can match the ideals of your company. From concept development to project management, contracting and coordinating, art-hoardings oversees the entire process as a comprehensive service from start to finish and provides a creatively driven interface between you and the public.
asian art-fund
The asian art-fund was specifically designed for select investors looking to have a presence in the art market. This is a customised service which is able to provide an art investment portfolio largely focused on South East Asian artists.

Restoration Conservation / Valuations
Our contacts within Asia and especially China allow us access to artworks that may not otherwise be available to collectors. Our services also include restoration and conservation by highly trained conservators as well as a private valuation service for insurance purposes.
