Established in 1999, Hong Kong Raffles School of Continuing Education is a subsidiary of the Raffles Education Corporation (REC), the leading education group in the Asia Pacific region. We have a global network of 38 colleges in 35 cities across 14 countries in the region: Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
We are a fully registered school in Hong Kong approved by the Hong Kong Education Bureau. With numerous international recognitions and accreditations received from well-established universities across the world, our high-standard programmes develop the talents of students in various design and business disciplines.
Hong Kong Raffles School of Continuing Education comprises two institutes: Raffles Design Institute and Raffles Business Institute.

Raffles Design Institute, a premier creative and design education college group in the region which is awarded various international design prizes and competitions, is dedicated to the professional disciplines of Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing and Management, Interior Design, Multimedia Design and Visual Communication.
Raffles Business Institute
Raffles Business Institute, a leading business institute in Hong Kong, is dedicated to the professional disciplines of Business Administration specializing in Marketing.
