Urban & Regional Planning Consultancy
TOWNLAND offers individual specialists and project teams to undertake major studies for Government Agencies, Institutions and Corporate Clients. Of particular significance is the Company’s lengthy experience in the areas of sub-regional and urban land use planning, development planning in New Town situations and major new urban, suburban and waterfront development areas, resource management and conservation and a track record in infrastructure development, urban renewal and low cost housing issues.

Environmental Planning & Conservation
The Company ensures that its development plans and projects are environmentally sustainable. TOWNLAND staff work closely with Clients and affected communities from project inception to completion to make sure the consideration of environmental issues are an integral part of any new development project. Thus the Company is able to conserve sensitive natural environments and protect vulnerable communities from the potentially adverse effects of development as an integral part of the Client's plans. In this respect TOWNLAND has extensive experience in working with the Private Sector in protecting and enhancing ecologically sensitive environments, such as wetlands and mountain environments to the benefit of both the investor and the community.
