The KCA Partnership, established in 1977 under its former name of Kho & Cho Associates, has firmly consolidated its capability in the design and implementation of a diversified spectrum of building projects with focus on commercial, residential, industrial and institutional buildings. KCA provides architectural, engineering and town planning services from feasibility studies to detail design and contract documentation. An association was formed with the highly renowned 70 year old North American firm of Page+Steele Architects, Planners to provide expert architectural services to the Asia-Pacific Region under the name of Cho, Page+Steele Asia Architects. KCA and Cho, Page+Steele share a balanced wealth of experience and expertise in all aspects of the design field of development & its subsequent implementation with the construction industry. WP have over the last 15 years engaged in quality development. The range of investments has been impressive and diverse, from commercial to industrial properties and from specialty businesses to industrial facilities. In the mid 1980s the vast land potential of the Midwest United States led WP to invest and develop a number of shopping centres in Minneapolis/St. Paul. With the markets booming, WP diversified into a chain of specialty Chinese Restaurants that span two states in Minnesota and South Dakota. Just north of the border, the Canadian market with a population of high skills and low interest rates, urged WP to capture the crest of the residential market in Toronto. Teaming up with the Baghai Group, a well known expert luxury home builder, a co-partnership was formed under the name of Baghai & Cho. Hong Kong have always been WP's operation base investing in large scale developments such as the To Fung Shan Development in Shatin. To further secure our leadership in the marketplace, WP have also ventured into the acquisition and development of a staple material of the construction industry by investing into stone quarry plants in Shenzhen (SEZ).
