Founded in 1987, Stanhill Properties Limited (SP) is a professional property management organization company in Hong Kong. It is also a full member of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited. The buildings being managed by SP are located in Hong Kong & Shanghai. Its expert staff are well trained and responsible for all building management and services works inclusive of recruiting of management staff, security and cleaning works, repairs and maintenance works, collection of management fees and financial reporting, community relations and promotion.
In order to gain recognition of professional standard assurance in the field of Property Management, Stanhill Properties Limited lodged its application to Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency for ISO 9002 Certification and was approved in July, 1998.
泰喜置業有限公司(以下簡稱本公司)是一間專業性物業管理機構,成立於一九八七年,為香港物業管理公司協會會員及擁有香港品質保證局ISO9002:1994証書.管理物業遍佈香港/九龍及新界區,現更伸展至中國上海市,樓宇總面積超過410,000平方米.具有專業經驗及訓練的行政人員,主要負責日常樓宇管理,包括代聘大廈管理員工/大廈保安及清潔,樓宇維修及保養,收集管理費及財務報告等項目,本公司所有管理員均已根據保安及護衛服務條例,申領保安人員許可證.
本公司曾跟隨香港物業管理公司協會於1997年5月在廣州與廣州市物業管理協會及於1997年11月及1998年10月在上海與上海物業管理協會互相交流及討論兩地管理工作.
