Freelance Draftsman

• Responsible for handling full set of design processes.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently under pressure and tight schedules.
• Prepare and conduct design presentation for clients.
• Liaise with relevant parties prior, during and after construction works.
• To collaborate with Project Manager and Main Contractor during construction works.

• Degree / Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with knowledge in building
  regulations in China (Beijing & Tianjin).
• At least 5 years working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field.
• Excellent drafting technique and knowledge in working drawings.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.
• Good supervisory skill and able work indepently.
• Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
• Able to handle projects and solve on site problems independently.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Available for freelance project work.
