In 2005, Mr. Paz, a veteran of three decades in the diamond industry, was elected as President of the Israeli Diamond Exchange – one of foremost diamond bourses in the world – a position in which he serves to-date. In 2008, Mr. Paz was elected as the president of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, which represents 15,000 of the world's largest diamantaires. Mr. Paz was re-elected for a second term as President of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses in July 2010.
