Our Team

The Porterhouse was founded by a group of chefs and F&B professionals in Hong Kong looking for a higher level of quality that was not readily available in the local market. Our team of chefs are also end-users, so we are acutely aware of the quality of our products and are always looking to raise the local benchmark. As in any business, our team is the backbone of the operation and for this reason, we will always be the leader in providing the best quality products with unrivaled service.  
Product Sourcing

At The Porterhouse, we offer only the finest quality products. We work very closely with our butchers in Chicago and in Sydney to cut to our exacting standards. To ensure the freshest products, we fly our Steaks directly to Hong Kong, always chilled and never frozen.
