Established in 1984, Kestal Industries Ltd. first emerged as a bag manufacturer providing a different variety of pragmatic and fashion products. Leveraged on its edges such as exquisite craftsmanship, state-of-the-art products and integrity, the company has established its reputation in the industry and maintained a loyal and satisfied customer base. To cope with its rapid development and the emerging markets, the company diversified its portfolio by setting up the production line of caps in 1993 and that of garments in 2003, respectively. Through a determined team effort over the years, both divisions have been securing a significant market share in Hong Kong and become the company's core business.
With business partners spanning across the globe, including world renowned brands such as Agnes.B, Cracker-Barrel, Diesel, FCUK, Fire-Trap, Gaastra, Gant, Hackett, Harley-Davidson, Jake-Miller, Lee, M&S, Napapijri, Net, New-Look, Next, Northern-Rock, Paul-Smith, Renoma, Republic, Rip-Curl, Salsa, Ted-Baker, Tesco, Together, Tommy-Hilfiger, Tradition, Volcom, Wrangler, Timberland, Gymboree...etc.
Its products are mainly exported to Europe, Asia, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and other regions. Its production, comprised of bags, caps and T-Shirts, reaches as high as 550,000 pieces in average per month.
Apart from our office in Cheung Sha Wan in Hong Kong, we also have in place a 15,000 sq.m. plant in Dongguan, equipped with a wide array of advanced production equipments such as more than 1,000 sewing machines, cutting machines, mac computer jacquard weaving looms and metal detectors. A maximum of 600 skillful workers provide reliable, stable and quality products. In recent years, the company has further introduced the "RAG" management system featuring quality production, which successfully boosted production and strengthened management. Our industry-leading presence has been further consolidated by ISO9001 and SA8000 certificates and registered SEDEX.

Our materials range from PU, SYNTHETIC LEATHER, NYLON, POLYESTER, COTTON TWILL, COTTON CANVAS, COTTON SHEETING, FAKE SUEDE, FAKE FUR, WAX CANVAS, POLAR FLEECE, WOOL, LINEN and other materials. Though we do not employ genuine leather, tailoring service is available for accessories thereof.
Our designs range from TOTE BAG, DUFFEL BAG, MESSENGER BAG, RACKSACK, WASH BAG, COINS BAG, GARMENT BAG, SWIM BAG, LUNCH BAG, SLOUCH BAG, COSMETIC BAG, HOBO BAG and SOFT TROLLY, excluding evening bag and hard case bag.
We saw rapid momentum in the caps sector, with major exports markets spanning across Europe, the United States of America, Japan and Australia. On caps, we manufacture an extensive range of designs. Save as straw hat, knitting hat and cow boy hat, we adopt materials such as PU, SYNTHETIC LEATHER, NYLON, POLYESTER, COTTON TWILL, COTTON CANVAS, COTTON SHEETING, FAKE SUEDE, FAKE FUR, WAX CANVAS, POLAR FLEECE, WOOL and LINEN. Though we do not employ genuine leather, tailoring service is available for accessories thereof.
As for garments, we specifically manufacture CUT AND SEWN knitted products, with designs ranging from T-shirt (basis crew neck T-shirt), Polo shirt, pull over, cardigan, dress, skirts, shorts, pants, baby jumper, blanket and bib. Our materials include cotton knitted jersey, interlock, French terry, rib, lycra rib, polar fleece, cotton/fleece, pique and dyed fabric (piece dyed or yarn dyed dyed knitted fabric).
