I have over 9 years personal training experience. My specialty is using functional training to enhance client’s sport performance such as running and swimming. I integrate various training methods in my client’s training program to improve client’s posture and core stability. Circuit Training is also one of the training methods to improve muscle toning and cardio vascular fitness.
