Our school aims to give happiness and fun to children from different parts of the world. The Chinese name of our school means the spreading of joy and happiness to all directions and all corners.
本校的辦學宗旨，乃希望像本校校名一樣，將樂趣帶給來自各方的兒童，並讓歡樂散佈四面八方。當前社會上提倡優質教育，希望能培養具有豐富知識，健全性格責任的新一代。而本校辦學多年來都以此為目的，在教學設計上循著這一路向去進行。本校的教育方針著重全面性之均衡發展。以德、智、體、群，美五育之原則施教。
