盛放兒童創作室為一所專門的藝術學院，以透過藝術培育兒童創造性的潛能感覺力、想像力、觀察力、思考力和表達力為宗旨。常舉辦兒童藝術作品展，創意與技巧並重，以肯定他們的創作過程和成果。更為多間學校舉辦藝術教育講學，推動適合兒童及青少年身心發展的藝術教育。

1. Teacher-to-student ration: 1:8
2. All materials included except canvas.
3. No refund and transfer of fee once the enrolment is comfirmed.
4. No make-up class for summer course or summer day camp
5. Classes will be cancelled once Typhoon Sugnal No.8 or Black Rainstorm is hoisted; No refund or make-up classes will be arranged.
