Choose from either Madison's classic 'all day', afternoon tea or 'small plates' menus - a regularly changing selection of Asian influenced light bites available all day long. Or experience Executive Chef Ringo Lee seductive selection of a la carte dishes in Madison's more formal dining room.
ENTERTAINMENT
Taking its cue from New York lounge culture, Madison's piano lounge was amongst the first of its kind in Hong Kong. Featuring sophisticatedly restrained, furnishings accented by characteristically New York artwork, Madison's piano lounge certainly befits the calibre of its chosen resident pianist, Joao.
A familiar face to many - the result of his years spent at several of Hong Kong's smartest nightspots, Joao's soothing live lounge sessions can be enjoyed every evening from Wednesday to Sunday and Sunday afternoon. Also worth watching out for is Madison's manageress Rosela, who in the guise of soulful jazz diva - 'Squeeze', will occasionally delight the crowd with an impromptu number or two.
