At Prime Cellar Wine Club we specialize in providing the best of the best of California wine and Champagne, from the fruity intensity of the California Cabernet to the brilliance and tingling sensation of Champagne. As Hong Kong's first and only wine club specializing in California wine and Champagne, Prime Cellar offers a wine tasting experience found nowhere else. We would like to offer that experience to you.

Carefully drawn from select California vintages spanning the last twenty years, our wines are often a rare find in Hong Kong. Enjoying the twin qualities of extreme rarity and high popularity, many of our premium wines have earned passionate followings for themselves including such highly sought-after vintages as Screaming Eagle, Bryant Family, Harlan Estate, Kistler and Shafer Hillside Select.  If you recognize any of these names and have always dreamed of a taste, then dream no more; if they sound unfamiliar, then we are especially eager to share them with you.

Our goal is that each one of our members will be invited to taste our discoveries and we extend that invitation to you. Because of the rarity of our labels, however, we can only accommodate a small group of no more than two hundred Hong Kong oenophiles and professionals. We urge you to accept this invitation as soon as you can.

As a member of the Prime Cellar Wine Club, you will journey through the appellations and vineyards of Napa and beyond with our esteemed wine expert Ralph Sands.  Mr. Sands, who was inducted into The Commanderie du Bontemps Medoc, Graves, Barsac et Sauternes at Chateau Mouton Rothschild as a Wine Expert and Wine Educator on the 250th Anniversary of the estate, is a fifth-generation San Franciscan.  In his 30-year experience, Ralph has tasted countless exotic vintages and educated thousands of enthusiastic wine drinkers.  Old World wine education combined to years of professional experience make Ralph Sands the perfect guide to the best wines California has to offer.
