Civil Celebrant of Marriages (Mr. Peter Lo is one of the first civil celebrants of marriages in HK, and now Mr. Neville Leung & Mr. Samuel Leung are also appointed. We have witnessed marriages of many couples. In order to let our brides and grooms have sweet memory, we provide a special room for them and they may even arrange and design the decoration themselves.
