The apartment is newly renovated and homey in a high rise building in a quiet and green living environment. 15 mins walk to Tsing Yi MTR station, less than one hour to central and close to bus transportation to Kowloon. Shops, restaurants and markets are just minutes away, very convenient. You could also relax yourself in the big garden nearby with sea view.
Shared kitchen, washroom and other electrical appliances, you could bring in your own bedroom furnitures or use those available. No visitors and no pets. Utilities costs will be shared. You will be shared with a female professional who is tidy, clean and easygoing.
