Customers are requested to provide a letter of undertaking or authorization for proof of their ownership or rights of distribution for each title before making order confirmation for CD replication.

Beside, we have a sound security system, security entrance cards are only granted to senior staff. Our duty manager checks and ensures no personnel carries of any CD and a 24 hours/day x4 Tele-cameras recording system controls unauthorized articles to the factory.
