為迎合市場趨勢及業務發展，在2002年初正式改名為“魔術娛樂製作M-Magic Entertainment”。
並成功轉型以提供舞台表演及各種魔術教學課程為主。
專為個人或各類團體設計合適的項目，並不斷致力向各界推廣魔術。
本公司已獲信和集團、康樂及文化事務署及長江集團(旗下公司)認可為合資格節目和活動製作服務之承辦商及供應商。
