The Xperts, is a group of highly innovative people who produce and manage world-class spectaculars and events. We have more than 15 years of experience in corporate events, conferences, special events and internationally known events. We have toured all around the world producing and coordinating events staged before live audiences in excess of 40,000 people. Our expertise lies in both the ability to design creative concepts for events as well as understanding the logistical requirement necessary to successfully accomplish the concept. We are experienced at putting together a team of local and international production crew who work as a strong unit to achieve the end result.

The Xperts is a dynamic company formed by a group of energetic enthusiasts with more than 15 years of experience in the events industry. With this, our experienced team is able to offer and advise you on matters that may have overlooked during the course of planning for your coming event. In short we take the worries out of your busy schedule and let you concentrate on what you are proficient at. We specialize in event organizing, providing lighting, sound, audio-visual equipment, rigging, special effects, computer aided design, sets and props construction, computer animation as well as talents and technical personnel for concerts, conferences, convention, product launches, awards ceremonies, exhibitions, carnivals and gala events. Although the foregoing is impressive, our greatest strength lies in our experienced events personnel. With the right knowledge of the industry, employing tried and tested techniques and combining the latest in lighting, sound and audiovisuals will produce outstanding effects. With no room for error, our experienced team understands the importance of any event staged as everything hinges on the success of your presentation.
