We, L'amour Strings, are a registered performance group based in Hong Kong, founded by a group of young and enthusiastic musicians with a passion for music. Founded in 2002, L'amour Strings has been invited to perform in numerous weddings, banquets, cocktail sessions and corporate events, on stage or as background music. Experience and Music Qualification
To ensure our quality of service, L'amour Strings puts a great emphasis on players' music qualifications as well as performance experience. Our players have attained professional qualifications from the Trinity College London and the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM). Notably, in 2003, L'amour Strings' string quartet was the only ensemble group in Hong Kong that was rewarded with distinction in the Advanced Recital Ensemble Examination offered by Trinity College London.
Moreover, our players have been playing an active role at various orchestras in Hong Kong and are very experienced in performing in concerts and other music events. For a list of business organizations, associations and government departments that we have cooperated with, please click here.
We offer string ensembles such as string quartet, trio, duet and solo. Also, there are jazz band, pipe organ, harp, piano and singing. With a combination of these musical effects, a lot of different kinds of songs can be played to generate a unique atmosphere for your event.
A list of pieces that we play will be tailor-made for each event suiting your needs and preferences. We shall carefully select pieces that create the right mood and show your liking. Alternatively, you may choose to design your own list. If there are one or two melodies that exclusively represent you, please let us know and we will arrange them into our instrumentation version and put them on stage!
