服務細則
iPad1/2 16Gb WiFi + 3G (無限本地數據服務)
我們保證每一部出租的iPad都是最好狀態，所以我們希望你們歸還的iPad亦同樣處於良好的狀態。
出租程序
- 客人可發郵件給我們。 [email protected] / www.ipadrental.hk
- 收到郵件後，我們會盡快處理你的查詢。
- 客人下單後，請付 50% 訂金預留，另50%於交貨時清付。(注意: 以付訂金為留貨原則，沒有預留訂金抱歉未能留貨。)
- 出租時段為24小時，即早上10am 至第二天 1030am。
- 金額滿$2000以上的包派送及/取回ipad。運送大陸的請預留2星期作報關申請，運費另議*。
- 經我們檢查無誤後，退回全數按金。
- 費用已包括 iPad PV膠套, USB 線及插頭.
- 需要出租超過一星期以上的，另有Project報價。
- 另可加3G 上網咭及支架。支架站立使用的有124cm , 桌上用的為33.5cm。
* 大陸運送包括北京、上海、廣東省及海南。
一般事宜
- 客人可安裝自己喜歡的Apps，在歸還後我們會刪除用戶程式和任何相關數據而不作另行通知。
- 3G 版只包括香港本地數據服務，並不包括海外慢遊數據 。
- 出租期為日租。超於一星期及需要10台以上的請提早15日前通知。
- 保養不包括人為破壞及屏幕的損毀。
注意事項
- 正常情況下，iPad 是不支援 Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint及有Flash的文檔。
- 我們可以代客預先下載在Apps Store 的Apps。但不包括任何測試軟件及debug服務。
- 如你需要下載 Apps，建議客人事先建立自己的Apple ID (費用全免)。基於保安問題，我們未能借出Apple ID。

Services
iPad1/2 16Gb WiFi + 3G (unlimited local data usage)
We provide quality iPad for rent and expect our client to return our iPad in the same great conditions. All our iPad comes with a standard protection case.
Rental Process
- Email us at [email protected] for booking. www.ipadrental.hk
- After receiving your email, we will get back to you shortly.
- Once the order is confirmed, 50% deposit is needed to reserve the iPads, and the remaining 50% will be paid at delivery.
- Rental period is 24 hours. Rental starts at 10am of the first day and the last day will be 1030am of the next business day.
- For event’s clients, we will send and collect the iPads for FREE. China shipment may require 2-3 weeks in advance and delivery cost will be quoted separately*.
- We will return you the security deposit when no damage or loss is reported.
- Rental package includes iPad case, USB cable and power plug.
- Rental of iPad over 1 week may request project quotation.
- 3G local unlimited data access and iPad stand are provided by request. The iPad stand can be 124cm or 33.4cm tall.
*China shipment includes Beijing, Shanghai, GuangDong Province and Hainan.
General
- Yon can install any Apps. Upon return of iPad, we will remove all the user Apps and data without prior notice.
- 3G iPad includes unlimited data access in Hong Kong only. Roaming is not provided.
- Rental is charged by daily. To ensure you can book the iPads (over 10 pcs), please contact us 15 days before the event.
- Clients are liable to any damage and broken screen.
Notice
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Flash Player do not work in iPad natively.
- We help to download/install Apps in Apps Stores per your request. Software test/debug is excluded.
- If you want to download it yourself, we suggest you using your own Apple ID (Free of chrage). We will not provide our Apple ID for security reasons.
- Please email us for quotation if you need file conversion for iPad. Further information can be found atApps for Event.
