Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management (HRM) Module is a powerful personnel information system capturing all pertinent 201-file information for employee record keeping functions. It allows for user-friendly inquiries on employee/applicant data, skills, training, medical info, and many others.  Timely statistics and reports on personnel and applicants are not only possible, but also comprehensive, accurate, and convenient.

Payroll

The Payroll module presents an easily learned Graphical User Interface (GUI) environment to users.  It employs the latest technology in Client/Server systems with the Windows application front-end communicating with a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) at the back-end for greater data integrity. ERIC Payroll ensures fast and concise computation of employees’ pay. Clerical effort required in payroll processing as well as internal and statutory report preparation is greatly reduced. With the ERIC Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), Jupiter Systems assures conformance to changing Government reporting requirements.

 
Timecard

The ERIC Timecard greatly reduces the clerical effort in the recording and processing of employee working hours. A configurable text file download tool gives it the capability to link with a wide variety of time keeping devices. Timecard features flexible shift definitions and rotations. A highly configurable rate management system allows it to handle various overtime types and differential schemes. The module features Leaves and Overtimes Authorization and Official Business Schedule, further facilitating monitoring of employee working hours. ERIC Timecard links seamlessly with ERIC Payroll, eliminating manual posting of leaves, late, under times, and hours worked.

 
Personnel Web Inquiry  (ONLINE HRIS)

ERIC Personnel Web Inquiry is a browser based inquiry and request portal for wages, benefits, deductions, and time keeping. Seamlessly integrated with ERIC HR, Timecard and Payroll, PWI gives employees secure, easy access to compensation info. Its automated nature enables you to provide prompt employee services such as certificate, leave, overtime, and undertime requests with minimal administrative load. 

PWI is built on Microsoft’s .NET framework and requires a minimal system software and hardware configuration.
